Bathroom Remodel Installer

$20 – $35 per hour

BathPeak installers are the heart of every project — tearing out the old bathroom and building the new one, from demo and prep through tile, fixtures and the final walkthrough.

What you will do

  • Remove old tubs, showers, vanities and flooring, and protect the rest of the home during demo
  • Install tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, walk-in tubs and full bathroom remodels to the written scope of work
  • Set tile, hang backer board, frame walls, and complete plumbing and fixture work as scoped
  • Keep job sites clean, organized and safe, with daily cleanup
  • Work with the lead installer and project manager to keep each project on its schedule

What we look for

  • Hands-on remodeling, tile or plumbing experience
  • Your own basic hand tools (we provide larger equipment and project materials)
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working in occupied homes and treating homeowners with respect

In-Home Design Consultant

$100,000 – $250,000 per year

Our design consultants meet homeowners in their own bathrooms — measuring the space, talking through what they want, and presenting a written package price with the full scope of work.

What you will do

  • Schedule and run in-home consultations across the Piedmont Triad and Charlotte
  • Measure the space and document existing conditions for the written scope of work
  • Walk homeowners through layout, fixture and material options that fit their goals
  • Present the written package price — one full price with the complete scope of work — and answer questions
  • Hand off approved projects to our production team and stay available through the install

What we look for

  • Strong communication and listening skills; comfortable presenting pricing in the home
  • Remodeling, kitchen and bath, design or in-home sales experience preferred
  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage your own consultation schedule
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across our NC service area

Office / Event Coordinator

$18 – $30 per hour, depending on experience

The office and event coordinator keeps BathPeak running behind the scenes — answering the phone, scheduling consultations, keeping paperwork in order, and representing us at home shows and community events.

What you will do

  • Answer calls, respond to inquiries and book in-home consultations
  • Coordinate schedules between homeowners, design consultants and install crews
  • Prepare and organize quotes and project paperwork
  • Follow up with homeowners before and after installs so everyone stays informed
  • Help plan and staff home shows and community events, and follow up with the leads they generate

What we look for

  • Friendly, organized and comfortable on the phone
  • Solid computer skills — email, spreadsheets and calendars
  • Prior office, scheduling or customer service experience preferred
  • Willing to help at local events when they are scheduled
